TikTok won’t let me log in!!!

Please help me!!!!

I recently went out of country (U.S.A), I am from Canada, and the tik tok app suddenly stopped working shortly after I left my country. It started saying things like “no internet connection (when I 100% have internet), when I try to log in with my email I get sent a code but it says verification failed, when I log in with my username it says time out please try again.

I would really appreciate help trying to get my account back up and running as I would be so upset if I lost all of my videos, followers and likes.

I have tried everything possible I don’t know what else to do. I will add that I had an E-sim for the U.S.A but everything else is fine so I’m not sure how that could’ve possibly effected tik tok.
