TikTok shop help/advice

Hi everyone so I’m a small business that started selling on TikTok since September 30th 2024. Everything has been great untill I started receiving all of these return/refund requests. I want to know why are customers lying and saying stuff like “ received the wrong item” I only have item on the TikTok shop and did u get something else 😒 and I have those who are requesting refunds the minute their item is in transit. Is there any way to stop this
