Windshield washer fluid issue

Recently bought a used Tiguan. It’s a 2020 VW Tiguan SE. at first the windshield wipers would work sometimes and then sometimes not. I just figured it was the cold weather the past couple of months. It used to make a “wirring “ sound and eventually would spray for both front and back windows. This past month, the windshield fluid won’t spray at all . It also doesn’t make a “wirrring” sound anymore. The wipers on the front and back work just fine. The fluid just won’t spray at all even though I put a full bottle of fluid in it last week??

I’m checking the fuses but can’t seem to find the fuse to the windshield pump or something like that. Any suggestions on what to do??? I’ve never owned a Volkswagen before, is there something I’m doing wrong? Any response appreciated.

Update: the washer feature is working again . The answer to solving this problem is: keep the car idle for an hour while blasting the window heaters. I think this might have help unclog the nosel of ice or something. I also pulled 3 fuses related to the ‘windshield wiper/ window heater function’ and one for the ‘rear light ‘function . The fuses were fine so I just stuck them back in. 🤷‍♀️
