Is Lovestruck worth it when RPO exists?

I’m looking at the packs I don’t have and currently that’s very few, one of them is the Lovestruck pack…

I am a heavy mod user I have RPO, Simda, and more… has anyone seen any purpose to get Lovestruck when these mods exist? I feel like the mods probably run better.
