Qmbibi self care mod: face wash moodlet is empty

I was doing some testing in a save with only qmbibi mods and the necessary mod for it to work when I realized that the moodlet for the face wash is empty, also the icons in all of the mod moodlet are llamas.

I know it isn't a mod conflict so I don't know how to fix, does anyone else had this issue?
