Thoughts on my PE plans?
Going to start PE for the first time, is this routine alright? I have never done it before so i want to ease in slowly to avoid injury. (images attached)
- Start with using this hanger for a couple of weeks light/moderate tension 2-4 hours a day (rest on weekends)
- Use a Pump 30 mins a day (rest on weekends) Will be getting one of the pumps seen in the images
- After some time add the Hog Extension high tension with vacuum cup, to use 30-60 mins every other day
How does this look? Is there anything I should know or am missing - or should add / take away?
