Update: I feel like Chris Christie

I ran in a heavily Democrat-leaning School Board District as a Republican and invested whatever I could into my event coordinator and manager.

I am in School Board District 1, and these were the results on normal difficulty.

So basically, I emphasized rallies and used whatever savings I had for marketing, and I beat the Democratic nominee in a tight race.
