Toph vs Ozai 1v1?

Who would have won a 1v1 between Ozai and Toph (without Sozins Comet or any other special events)? Because Toph was pretty much the greatest Earthbender of her time and also the first metal bender, even though she was just a child, and Ozai was a really good Fire and Lightningbender but surely not the greatest. Also Idk who had more fighting experience because Toph fought pretty many fights as the Blind Bandit but Ozai had probably also had many Agni Kais and also had more War experience. What do you think?
