2000 rpm Post update

So since the devs mentioned that they will fix the Ghostbullet Situation and implement a Firerate Cap of 2000 I wanted to see which weapons can actually reach the cap. Currently Python, Last Dagger, Excava, Divine Punishment and Albion Cavalry gun are able to reach the firerate Cap only with Cores and Weapon mods.
