Did devs ever acknowledge auto dismantle issue in open world?

A month ago there was a topic about bug in open world. For some reason auto dismantle stops working in open world - when you roam map and e.g. do missions/outposts etc.

Same issue isn't present in instanced missions. I don't even see this issue on their "January Known Issues" page. Did devs ever acknowledged this issue?
