Which reactor would be better for Hailey?

With reactor being ridiculously expensive to upgrade I am trying to decide if I want to upgrade my current reactor or try for a different one.

I am currently using a reactor with +Colossus Damage and +Crit Damage and I wondering if I should just keep using it or try for a +Colossus Damage and either +chill or singular boost ratio. Just not sure if either boost ratio would net more damage over just keeping the +Crit Damage.
