Twitter labels NPR “state-affiliated media” and strips the NYT of its verified badge because they said they won’t pay for it. Besties gonna talk about it?

For context, NPR receives 1% of its funding from public funds and has complete editorial control yet Musk has decided to put them on par with Russia Today.

It seems like much of Twitter’s actions nowadays are motivated by Elon’s personal pettiness and desire for retribution.

I thought the Twitter files were “explosive” in Musk’s eyes because it showed the bias of individuals instead of objective moderation. Yet now this?

I assume besties will talk about it, no doubt.
