Endgame Theory : Clarke and Co will have to relive key moment of the series
I was thinking about how the writers would make the climax of the series more than just enter some symbols on a rock. And i thought what if the people who go into the light have to relive, as a simulation, their worst moral choice and see if they make a different choice as a test ? I'm picturing our 5 OG mains, Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia, Raven and Murphy reliving key moment from the series
- Raven would have to relive the nuclear meltdown and choose if she sends the Eligius IV to die or go in herself
- Murphy would have to relive the moment he killed delinquents at the end of Season 1 and choose to go through with it or stop
- Bellamy would have to relive the slaughter of 300 sleeping warrior and choose if he follows Pike or stop him
- Octavia would have to relive the end of Blodreina and choose to burndown the farm or give Wonkru the choice to stay in the bunker
- Clarke would have to relive the Mount Weather assault and choose to commit a genocide or find another way to save her people
If our characters are able to make the right choice, they pass and go back to a restore earth. If not, its the end of the human race. Maybe Becca went in and she relive the moment she created ALIE. She failed and she was sent back to warn her race.
That way we could see a lot of past characters, go through the series most memorable moments and see how our characters grew. As a 2 part finale, it would be awesome.
