Customer Service Phone Number

Are there any working phone numbers for TN Customer service?

I initiated a port in from another carrier over a week ago. On Tuesday I got a notice in the app that the port in was initiated and I'd be updated when it was completed. Since then I've heard nothing and haven't been able to contact CS via thru the app or via DM on FB.

My biggest concern is that I might lose access to the number I am trying to port in.
