Help regarding low libido and distancing myself from female interaction.

Well I have been feeling this symptoms for couple of months.But never related them to high e2 and low test levels.I came to realisation because I am on a extended on and off water fast to loose weight and last summer i took a cheap sarm compound( which was so cheap that I am sure it was something else).Post cycle test was 321mg/fl(my units might be wrong).Pre cycle blood was in range of 550+.I did do a pct of 25mg of enclomephine EOD for 2 weeks.

I thought all this distancing from female interaction thing is part of my breakup that i had before the cycle.I am also taking depression and adhd meds,I dont know if they interfere with hormones to this extent.

I suspect use of enclomephine for PCT which I used almost during JULY,2023 has increased my e2.Earlier I used to nut 4 times a day at age of 21.But after breakup I feel like busting one willingly once every 2 days.I do get a hard on but the very fact that I keep distancing myself to include someone new into my life bugs me alot . It might be due to the breakup,but if any of the above clinical reason is probably impacting my life,please let me know.
