Buying a ‘19 with FSD , dealer says it will transfer, any reason to be concerned?

I’ve heard stories about Tesla randomly removing things like FSD because all of a sudden they don’t want it to transfer over with the vehicle. Does anyone have any experience with buying a used vehicle with FSD and then having it either stay on or fall off at some point ? If the latter, what can u even do about it? 🤔
