Can someone recommend me a beginner mod?

I'm interested in mods like thorium and calamity but the problem is they are too difficult. You see my problem is I have beaten terraria on all modes on my phone so when I moved to PC gaming adjusting was pretty hard and I still have not beaten master mode on my PC. I have lost motivation since I have beaten terraria master mode 4 times with 4 different classes on my phone so doing a vanilla playthrough on my PC seems tiring and boring. I need a mod like calamity and thorium that adds alot of new bosses,items,and even features but that feels less intense than thorium or calamity
