Why Gadra and Razen aren't awaken as saints?

Both Gadra and razen are powerful majins who excels in magic. The magic power and knowledge they possess far surpasses even the elves. They have even lived for a long time with Gadra for thousand years by practising reincarnation and razen through possession of bodies. But still they aren't awakened as saints. Does that means physical ability is most important in becoming a saint? Now razen possess a strong physical body of shogo and even have unique skill berserker. Does that mean he now can awaken as saint?

(Note: Gadra now has become black lineage daemon so he is basically immortal now. I am talking about before his death as human).
