Hair loss from starting combined contraceptive pill

Hello, 3 months after starting a combined pill (qlaira) I noticed a lot of hair loss! It was horrible. It stopped after 3 months or so 😊 BUT my hair feels a bit thin 😞. I want to know if my hair will get as thick as it once was, any ideas?
