Finding a contact I deleted?

Hey, a while back I deleted and blocked a contact on telegram, I really wanna talk to them, but when I unblocked, I didn't add them, I then could not find the contact anywhere, I don't know their specific username, is there any way to find or recover the username? Or a way to see a list of deleted friends? I really would appreciate any help you can give
