Tumhare bhaiya aaj tumhe men personal health and hygiene ke baare me batayenge.( I am 21 only haha)
So,today we are going to talk about all these points :
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Testicular Cancer ( SERIOUS SHIT)
- Sperm Cramps
- Fapping/Masturbation (Pros/Cons)
- Small PP Anxiety
and lastly, 6. PERSONAL HYGIENE
- ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION :
hota kya hai? so,erectile dysfunction or ED is a state of your pp where it doesn't get up or not able to hold erection.
ab jesa ki tum samjh hi chuke ho it is something jo dushman ko bhi na ho,but sadly it is the MOST COMMON PROBLEM.
lekin ab pata kese chalega? following can be the symptoms (not limited to these):
- trouble in getting an erection
- trouble in keeping an erection
what can be the possible factors?
- any injury or medical condition due to which enough blood is not reaching to your PP (in the end it is also a muscle just like your other mooscels)
- stress,depression or anxiety (or maybe performance pressure?)
- eating and drinking habits (don't do drugssss they are also a major reason)
how to prevent this? (bhaiyaaaaa hona hi na chahiyeee)
- paly sports and do physical activities (let's go it's jim time)
- have a good company,why? so that you won't face mental health problems.
- get yourself checked regularly (you guys need to spread awareness. ALL THIS IS NO TABOO.)
- keep yourself healthy (eat clean,no MOMOS or PIZZAS) ( Today I ate from Popeyes their burger was tasty,but starting today we all are pledging we will eat from out only once a month)

- TESTICULAR CANCER :
YES,YOU CAN HAVE CANCER IN YOUR TESTICLESSS!
so sometimes(not that common) testicles develop cancer cells. (either one or both testis)
so there are 2 types of is :
- jo bade logo ko hota hai who are in late 40s and 50s.
- Non-Seminoma : yes,this affects teens who are in their late 20s and early 30s.
symptoms?

- Swelling or sudden fluid build-up in your scrotum.
- A lump or swelling in either testicle.
- A feeling of heaviness in your scrotum.
- Dull ache in your groin or lower abdomen.
- Pain or discomfort in your scrotum or a testicle.
- A shrinking testicle (testicular atrophy).

- SPERM CRAMPS : (yeah the monthly shit,jk jk hehehe)
sperm crapms generally happens due to infection in sperm tube or because of testicular torsion.
there are a few other factors as well like muscle fatigue,dehydration (CHUG THAT BOTTLE RN),medication and a few others but these are uncommon.
ab symptoms kya hote hai?
- pain? kesaaa bhi doesn't matter sharp or dull
- muscle spasms in testis region.
- discomfort or burning sensation while peeing.
prevents/treatments? (generally no treatments required)
but,
- warm baths are useful (personal exp)
- a better and healthy lifestyle? (THIS IS GLOBAL and GOLDEN RULE)
- FAPPING/MASTURBATION (Pros/Cons)
Pros?
- better mental health (but addictive)
- helps in better sleep
- reduce risk of STDs
Cons??? (only if you are addicted to it)
- NO SOCIAL LIFE (bad thoughts about everyone.)
- can cause discomfort to genitals
- can cause early ejaculation :(
SO,is it good or bad? IN LIMIT EVERYTHING IS GOOD.
- SMALL PP ANXIETY?
chill bro life is bigger than all this haha,don't feel anxious about it. It is of usual size (I took a peek). JITNA SOCHEGA UTNA LAGEGA DON'T THINK A LOT ABOUT THIS WITH TIME YOU WILL REALISE THIS AUTOMATICALLY. :)
PERSONAL HYGIENE :
take baths daily,clean your genitals with luke warm water (additionally you can use a genitals safe soap or shampoo,why these? these are of neutral PH)
a healthy and fit lifestyle.
use deodrants and nice smelling perfumes.
Those hairs are fine,don't try to remove them for godsake. (you can slightly trim them but shaving? A BIG NO).
change your underwear (both) daily. (cotton ones are highly advised and please bath 2 times in summers cause at that time we all sweat a lot. so it is better to change underwear twice and clean your genitals twice in summers)
(for the creeps,PLEASE STOP THINKING FROM YOUR PP)
AND PLEASE STOP SCRATHING YOUR BALLS IN PUBLICCC, USE RESTROOMS :)
