Almost 3 Years Out and Frustrated

I left almost three years ago. Was a high school special education teacher for about 10 years and now a Business Intelligence Analyst. I LOVE my current job, love the mental challenge, love the WFH, love the pay. It fits better with my personality…but I am 37. It is really hard being so new to this field. I have studied and worked my behind off to get here, but I still have entry level tech skills and domain knowledge. I know it will get better, but it is hard. Any words of advice/encouragement?
