Neatcell Removal: an honest review from an impulsive teenager. AMA!

IMO, best to use it for shallow tattoos with cheap ink. I was able to scratch off some skin that flaked off with this machine.

What this machine does is burn your skin off and replace it with scarring. Smart Genius Me thought that’d be fine, but I was unable to shift that area without ruining the healing process. It’s been about a month and I couldn’t even twist my torso without feeling some part of the scab crack down there. I peeled off the scabbed skin (3, top) and there’s a scar.

The laser itself feels like a small pinch at the lowest intensity, but do NOT use it at the highest intensity unless you’re ready to burn off a layer of skin. I thought that’s be fine until I saw what happened a few days after (4). It’s been a month and some weeks, and (5) is the tattoo now. The melanin on that area was gone, and the tattoo ink was still there.

The machine made pockets of fluid come up. They were small and aligned with the laser’s path. I popped them. That explains the blood on (4).

Call me stupid, I think I’m more impulsive than anything. But to anyone now who thinks there’s a quick fix for teenage impulsivity, there’s not. Don’t get that tattoo unless you’ve wanted it for a few years. And for the love of god, DON’T do it yourself unless it’s tiny.

Side note, I don’t need anyone butchering me for the choices I’ve made. I’m young and dumb, that much has been made obvious already.
