Anybody else get the worst raise from their annual performance review that they have ever had this year despite only positive feedback, no performance conversations, nearly perfect attendance, being extensively cross-trained, and having green metrics?

This is the case for me this year despite delivering my best performance yet and the only explanation they could provide is that the company is doing poorly overall.

If so, what percentage did you get? I'm just trying to get a feel for what's really happening this year. I'm thinking about taking my talents elsewhere at this point. I got 3%.
