5 inch vs 23 inch tubing

I just got my Mobi for the first time and am super excited. I requested a mix of 5 inch and 23 inch sites but they only sent me 5 inches, for a 90 day supply. Has anyone had luck exchanging or getting new tubing in a situation like this? Also, do you prefer 5 inch or 23 inch and why? Tia!
