Tailscale on linux machines spam DNS queries

Hi guys, I've got Tailscale installed on a few machines in my home network. After a few days of being connected, the linux machines suddenly start to spam the self-hosted PiHole DNS with multiple queries a second. The windows machines seem to work well.

The one shown below that just went off the wall is running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS Tailscale 1.54.0

How would i go about debugging this to find out the issue?
