Reveal X 3.0 issues?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with the Reveal X 3.0? I have not had any problems for the month or so that mine have been out until today. They were 75-78% battery a couple days ago. They both have Lithium Battery and the external solar panels. Today I got a notification that one is now 15% and not showing connected to my solar panel. The other is still 78% but shows it’s not connected to my solar as well. Both have adequate light sources. Talked to Tactacam support and they are saying it is a firmware issue but I’m skeptical. They are also saying the battery life displayed in app for the new 3.0 is not accurate to actual battery life as my pictures show 100% full battery. I’m 4 hours away from my camera so it’s not easy to make time to check them. Also on a side note the GPS location will also be fixed in the next firmware update as it does not accurately show either of my cameras current locations on the map (shows them at my house). Any insight is appreciated.
