Does TMJ cause vertigo & nausea?

I’ve recently been diagnosed and didn’t get to ask my doctor about it yet. But does it? I feel an incredible sense of dizziness and vertigo I can’t walk, and my nausea is so bad I can’t do anything. I’ve wondered if it’s related in anyway, and if so: what could help? I haven’t been able to get anything done all day long because of them.
