Mealy bugs ugh

I got this bushy gal as a birthday gift in November, I quarantined her to the bathroom when I noticed the bastards a few weeks ago and I’m not gonna lie I just straight up forgot her. The infestation LUCKILY hasn’t gotten worse, but definitely hasn’t gotten any better(not to mention the lack of light IM SORRY). My question now is do I repot or can I just douse with bionide soap and wipe/wash down? Tips appreciated, thanks! 🐛🌱
