Wow Homegate and Immoscout are expensive

Did you ever wonder, how much it costs to advertise a flat on Homegate/Immoscout? I just checked, it costs approx. 150 CHF per week to advertise on Homegate, 100 CHF per week on Immoscout, or 200 CHF per week on both together. I admit that they are well-designed websites. But this sounds like an extreme version of paretian rent. I used to complain that LinkedIn Premium was too expensive at 35 CHF per month, but this is next level. I guess I have no choice but to pay, but I really don't get how do they not get disrupted by competitors - their profit margins must easily be like 90%.
