Nba 2k24

I got this on switch this year. Every week on Friday it seems it freezes on tbr loading screen and I have to spend 4 hours redownloading the game. Anyone know what causes this or if Nintendo support can help refund the game since it doesn’t work properly.

To add every other game works fine. I also did a hard reset and tested the game in settings for corruption.
