Any recommendations for good anti fog sprays? Is the arena anti fog liquid good?

I just bought the arena cobra edge and i want to keep the condition of the lens 100% whenever i wear it the inside of the lens it always comes out like this theres a smudge whats the cause behind this? Is it my eyelashes?
