β Alanine depletes Taurine by competing with it. Taurine depletes β Alanine by competing with it.
So:
Depletion of either one can cause some issues. If you supplement with both, what else is there that will be competed with and then depleted besides these two?
Does taking both over the long run deplete your ability to produce your own?
Does taking both at the same time not increase the total amount of both that is actually permitted to act, thereby making it so only one is uptaken, giving you just the negative effects of the other?
