Starting over, what’s most optimal to introduce first?
What would be the most ideal order to introducing supplements? I’ve been having sleep issues and trying to figure out which it is. So I plan on stopping everything and starting 1 by 1 and journaling my results.
I currently take creatine, fish oil, magnesium and D3. I’m considering starting with a natural multi and slowly integrating the others but open to what’s most ideal.
D3 killed my libido so I started Mag Glycinate. Mag Glycinate gave me insomnia and hangover head aches the next day. Switched to Mag Malate which I seem to tolerate better but still makes me have brain fog. Tried a B complex since B1 works with Magnesium. No improvements lol.
After some searches, I’ve now seen posts of people saying that creatine and fish oil effects their sleep. Been taking these for years but could I be sleeping better without them? Beyond frustrating to say the least.
Blood tests show 29 for D and 14 for hemoglobin. But I eat lots of meat protein and iron shows as being normal. So not iron deficiency. Not anemic but almost there.
