getting sick before injection

ive been on sublocade about 6 months now. i did have some scheduling issues to where i was around a week, one time 2 weeks late for my injection. during those times, i got pretty bad nausea & ended up vomiting. but my last injection was on time, and a week before- i got sick. & i have my next injection is in 4 days & i got sick again today. when i asked my dr about it- she just thought it was bc i wasn’t on a super consistent schedule (although i thought it had a long lasting effect). so i guess my question is, does anyone else get sick right before their next injection? is it really bc i wasn’t consistent enough in my earlier months? the reason i question wether my dr was right is bc my last 2 were right on time & i still got sick. if you did get sick before injections, did that eventually stop? thanks for any insight you may have. just feeling really crummy & hoping to find answers/solutions
