What is up with Mohela? Is anyone getting through?

I've been calling Mohela since Friday. I'm currently on attempt #4 right now.

On Friday, I was on hold for 6 hours, so I hung up.

Yesterday, I was on hold for almost 8 hours. At one point, I heard the phone ring, so I immediately picked up my phone expecting someone to answer, but instead the phone bot told me to rate my experience with the rep. What rep? No one picked up! It rang and immediately went to the survey.

Today, I was on hold for almost 4 hours and the same thing happened. So here I am in the cue AGAIN.

I'm trying to call about being placed on forbearance, even though this is stated on their website AND over the phone:

If you have an IDR application that has not been processed within 60 days and have an unpaid bill within 10 days of the due date, MOHELA will automatically place a processing forbearance as directed by Federal Student Aid to your account. No action is required by you.

I don't see it applied to my account.

Is anyone else having luck? And WTF is going on with their phone system?
