Would guys still have issues if TW could change their genetic sex?

Like hypothetically, if humans were able to discover how to change our literal chromosomes in a full body transformation via stem cell technology where we completely turn into xx females (including female reproductive system, natural vagina, pregnancy), would men still have reservations dating us? I would think not, but I'm sure the goalpost would be moved further and conservatives would preach how we "don't have the natural female essence" or say how they feel bothered since we do not possess body integrity (despite literally being genetic woman head to toe with every cell in our body).
