Is anyone else having trouble with multi-player?

When I try to join a dedicated server or friends server, one of two things happen. Either It will say spawning for ever and I am forced to alt-f4 the game. Or it will say spawning then take me back to the server selection screen and say "Error connecting to server: Disconnected from server". When I try to rejoin it will say that my account is already connected and to try again, I do and then the first part of this repeats. There is one outlier where I was able to join trickys server but then I left and was unable to rejoin. I have validated the game files, reinstalled the game, removed all dlc to match server conditions, and I'm out of ideas. Have any of you guys experienced this issue recently?
