How much muscle growth on 250/week test E
So this isn’t going to be my first time taking test, I used to take it when I was a pro kickboxer but this will be my first time taking test while trying to put on lean muscle mass. Just to be clear I have no interest in taking anything beyond test because it’s not worth the risk vs reward to me but my plan is to eat well, train hard, and take 250mg/week split into 2X a week. Currently 6’5 225 pounds. Not a lot of muscle on me at the moment to be honest. This isn’t my first time lifting so I won’t get a lot of beginner gains I don’t think but I am curious of a very rough estimate. I know it comes down to genetics and I know I have great genetics when it comes to muscle growth/definition. Already ordered 2 vials plus protein powder, pre workout, and plenty of food for a healthy diet with plenty of protein/calories.
