Help with stardew valley mod SVE for steamdeck

I just got my steam deck and I've been trying to get the Stardew Valley Expanded mod to work but I'm struggling

I've installed SMAPI and all the required mods for SVE but when I start the game I get this error in the console and then it crashes: https://imgur.com/BdBgva4

It appears to be the SAAT mod that's causing errors but I have no idea why

All the mods are downloaded from the nexusmods website and are all the latest versions and up to date

I've also tried installing some other mods like ridgeside village and some smaller mods which work great so I'm not sure why SVE is the only one that isn't working

I've also tried playing in both gaming mode and desktop mode and with the SMAPI terminal enabled and disabled but it's the same

I've seen lots of posts of people getting SVE working on steamdeck so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong
