No audio from Steam Deck’s speakers but headphones work

After using my deck on an external monitor and un-docking it the audio seems to have been disabled somehow. I’ve tried the ‘unmute chromium’ method but it didn’t work. Headphones connected to Bluetooth or the work and I can hear audio just not from the deck itself, please help
