Have you ever tried dental tourism?

It seems like a great way to save money while traveling. Since I live in Colombia, I saw an opportunity and built a website to connect foreign patients with local dentists. I even ran an ad campaign to see if there was real interest.

The result? 3 leads, but none of them responded. I’m trying to understand why. Have you or someone you know tried dental tourism? What was your experience like?
