Any video editors here?

I am planning to start creating content on Instagram ( educational reels) So the videos would be max 60 secs I am looking for someone who can edit my reels Preferably a college student who can give 1-2 hours a day I checked freelancer websites but the editors are charging very high prices, since i am just starting out i don't need such crazy editing (All i need is subtitles, audio effects and some animations in between my video)

I can pay anywhere between (₹800-1000)per reel

If you are from Mumbai its a plus
