I have empty space, how do I make money?

I own a 2,178 sqft plot with four shutter shops, each 545 sqft, located in a tier-2 city near a medical college, but situated deep inside a street. The shops have been vacant for two years, and I’m looking for profitable ideas to utilize the space effectively. Any suggestions are welcome!

Edit: The shops are behind the medical college. So, the students have no idea that there are shutters here.
