Strikers are bugged.

I have the mission on Neon to join the Strikers but the door is locked and unpickable. I'd rather not have to lose achievements by tcling through. Anyone found a fix? Edit: Found the fix. You'll need to mod the game to keep achievements. But if you clip through the door, pick up the trash can and use it to push them apart. The quest begins!
