Skull cavern is stressing me out.

So basically I can't do more than ten levels at a time and then i have to go back to stardew valley before I lose all health so when I go back I have to start over from level 1 so is there a way to go straight to the level I reached before like the elevator in the cave?? Also any tips to help me go through skull cavern??
