when do i get the pregnancy conversation

i have been married to shane a while and I got the queston "do you want to have a baby with shane?" and i clicked yes. It feels like it's been several days and no baby AND no pregnancy conversation where they are like "can't you tell? you're pregnant!" that i've seen other players get. I AM using the polyamory mod and the date night mod and i have another husband but Shane is the main husband, does the polyamory mod mess with the children process?
