The duel of fates (20 BBY)
At the perlemian intersection of lantillies, the force danced. The first phase of battle was one fought long ago, in the dark skies of malastare. Admiral trench and Admiral yularen, joined together one last time in a dance of death. Venators and valiants clashed with providences and bulwarks. Kuatis vs Quarren. Core vs Outer rim. Oppression vs independence. The rival admirals, locked in their hatred for each other, died as they lived, trying to kill their hated enemy. Their final shots both laying the crucial blow, neither given the satisfaction of the others demise. It was here that phase 2 of the battle began. The pride of the core, its massive shadow representative of the cores influence and reign over the galaxy, dropped upon the separatist lines like a volley of arrows so dense it blocked the sky. Providences fell burning into atmosphere under its piercing glare, and hope seemed lost. Then, at the most crucial hour, the emancipator appeared. The subjugator dropped out of hyperspace right next to the Pride of the Core, unleashing broadsides of ion cannon and turbo laser fire. For all the power of the republic, of the core and old order, the emancipator’s shields could not be scratched, just as the hutts learned above Nimban. As the Pride fell into lantillies gravity field, the galaxy would be forever changed. The battle would not be simply known as the battle of lantillies, but rather, to the denizens of the free Separatist and Republic Nation…
