Ahsoka--season 1x06 Thrawn wasteful?

I like seeing the voice actor of Thrawn playing the live action. But while the voice is good--the acting is good, he does not look the part...aside from the fact that Thrawn is overweight.

Also Thrawn seems wasteful...this doesnt seem like Thrawn--giving the order to destroy Ezra and Sabine after letting Sabine go find Ezra.
