Can’t Equip???

I spent so long doing the trailblazer track stuff on purpose to unlock all of the tack for my horses. Figured I’d be able to use it? The bridle and saddle pad both lock like this. I don’t understand, should I try messaging them? Like it says Friesian and Friesian Sporthorse, but not my Jorvik Friesian? I don’t get it!
